We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $100 and a flat $10 standard shipping rate on orders under $100. Expedited shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, while international orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days. Please note that customs processing may cause additional delays for international shipments.
All orders include a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Yes, our home textiles are thoughtfully packaged with care for both your items and the environment. Towels, bathrobes, shower curtains, blankets, and throws arrive in biodegradable poly bags that protect your purchase while minimizing environmental impact. Our liquid soaps are secured in sturdy carton boxes designed to prevent leaks and damage during shipping, while bar soaps are packaged in protective boxes that keep them fresh and intact. Every package is designed to arrive in perfect condition while supporting our commitment to sustainable practices.

Yes, we ship internationally! We deliver to Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. Shipping times vary by destination and costs vary by order amount. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country's regulations.

We accept all major payment methods supported by Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Depending on your location, you may also have access to digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as additional local payment options. All transactions are processed securely to protect your payment information.

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or the link below to sign in to your account.
- Sign in to your account:
a. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
c. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. - Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
